I read a blog written by Garrett Brisdon, Derek Shrubsole, and Eric Simonson. This blog talks about formative and summative assessments. One thing the blog points out is that teachers should be more worried about giving appropriate feedback instead of giving grades. This article gives very interesting information on this topic.
